Having just moved into the area and working away during the week I was looking for a cleaning company just to do a weekly clean. Amelia came around to give a quote and I was struck by her work ethos and the attention to detail of Regency, treating your home with respect and simply removing those tasks that I neither have the time nor inclination to do at the weekend. Amelia won the business there and then.

Since then I have found the service to be impeccable and 100% reliable, coming home to a freshly cleaned home, with the ironing neatly folded and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkling is a real pleasure and highly recommended.

Amelia started out cleaning for us as in our capacity as landlords on our ‘between tenancy’ cleans and did a brilliantly professional job.
She now also cleans our own home. She started with a full day spring clean (which our house badly needed), at the end of which we were almost embarrassed by the sparkling results. She and Caroline now provide an efficient weekly clean to prevent it re-descending into chaos! They are painstaking but fast, unobtrusive but responsive, and we just love the ’boutique hotel’ touches like the loo rolls neatly labelled with ‘R’ stickers. Can’t recommend Amelia and her company enough.
